Terms of use
The short version: this is a free directory of public information, we're not a moving company, and any deal you make is with the mover, not with us.
These terms govern your use of seekmover.com (“Seek Mover”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What this site is
Seek Mover is a free directory of 64 moving companies operating in Malaysia, compiled from publicly available Google Maps business listings. It is an information service. It is not a booking platform, a broker, an agency, or a comparison service that transacts on your behalf.
We are not a moving company
We do not move anything. We employ no crews, own no lorries, and have no commercial relationship with any company listed here. We are not an agent for any mover, we take no commission, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with one.
No verification, no endorsement
Being listed on Seek Mover is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a certification. We have not inspected these businesses, checked their licences or insurance, contacted their references, or verified anything beyond what their public Google listing states. Ratings and review counts are Google’s, reproduced as-is, and were accurate at the time we compiled them — they change, and ours may lag.
Doing your own due diligence before hiring anyone is your responsibility. Ourcompare movers page sets out what we think that should look like.
Accuracy
We try to keep listings correct and we fix errors when we learn about them, but we don’t warrant that any detail on this site — a phone number, an address, a rating, a photo, an opening status — is complete, current or accurate. Business details change and companies close. Confirm anything that matters directly with the mover.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Seek Mover is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or dispute arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with a company listed on it — including damaged or lost goods, delays, pricing disputes, or a mover’s conduct. Your remedy in any such dispute is with the mover.
The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Content and intellectual property
The written guidance, page copy, design and code of this site belong to us. Business names, logos and photographs belong to the businesses concerned and appear here as published on their public listings. If you own a listing and want your material removed, email hello@seekmover.com and we will remove it.
You may link to any page here. You may not scrape, republish or resell the directory as a dataset.
Third-party sites
Links to movers’ own websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Scope
This directory covers domestic moves within Malaysia only. We do not list international or cross-border relocation services, which are a different service with different licensing requirements.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
